Assalamualaikum.
This recipe was given by ummi. She asked me to try it,
and i've never tried any recipe before even too many recipe i read in internet,
or even my friends asked me to do it lol.
and when i look through this recipe, it seems
like very easy to do. wahhaha. just follow the instructions. easy right ?
and while uwan has been here ,at lubok china, why not i try it.
because i love uwan's kitchen more than ibu's kitchen. muahaha.
because it's more easy, no need to use MANCIS like at my house. frankly speaking,
i'm afraid to the stuffs like that, which i always thinked that the fire will
burn my finger ! and that's why i'm only played bunga api je during hari raya.ahaha.
okay, let's cikidaut !
bahan-bahan
1 tin koktail
2 sudu tepung custard
1 tin susu cair
1 senduk nasi gula kasar
3 setengah cawan air
Cara-cara membuatnya
1) bubuh air dalam periuk ( 3 stgh cawan) dan 2 sudu tepung custard
2) Kacau hingga sebati (jgan ler bg tpung kustard ketul2 pulak)
3) lepas tu baru letak atas api yg kecil & kacau hingga jernih( aish susah nk cerita) jernih macam jadi gam( tp warna kuningla)
4) masukkan air koktail sahaja. jangan masukkan buahnye lg.. kacau hingga mendidih. tp jgan terlalu lme mendidihnye
5) masukkan setin susu cair
6)kacau lg smpai didih
7)lpas didih terus tutup api.
9) tunggu sejuk, masukkan dalam peti ais(ltak le dlm tupperware ke)
veryyyy easy right ? sesuai untuk orang tak tau masak.
and actually i already tried it yesterday, without any help from uwan because
uwan was busy with her kuih koci. haha.
After done it, i got 2 loyang(???) of koktail pudding.
and i dont really know the appearance after we done with it, but one loyang
of pudding very cair but it still veryy delicious and high cholesterol of coz. haha:D
and the other loyang freezed already because i put it in uwan's
fridge from 4 pm until after i went back from surau. LOL!
okay lah, because i've never done this, it still menjadi lah kann ?ahaha.
see ? got 2 loyanggg ! haha .

2 sudu kastard mmgler cair....letak 2 senduk lain kali..pas tu letak jagung cream..layered dgn jelly baru letak buah koktel....pas tu buat kuah sekali...mmg ummppp...

5 cwn air
1 kotak instant jelly perisa rasberry/strawberry
fruit cocktail
Masak 6 bahan pertama hingga mendidih dan pekat.
Masukkan kedalam bekas yg disukai.
Masak instant jelly mengikut cara pada kotak dan masukkan keatas lapisan puding.
Hias dengan fruit cocktai. Sejukkan.
