Internship : #week16

Sambung projek minggu lepas :

Aku dan Zhi Zhao continue monitor and record noodle cake temperature. Then, kitorang sibuk pulak buat moisture test, water activity test dan microbe test serta sensory test. Untuk semua test tu aku yang settle kan sebab dah memang aku duduk kat lab kan. Zhi Zhao pergi merayau cari panelist untuk buat sensory test. Then kitorang summarized kan semua sekali dari awal sampai akhir projek good stock inspection haritu. Alhamdulillah settle juga walau manager bagi masa 2 hari je. terkejar jugaklah nak siapkan semua test tu, padahal sample banyak gilers. Bukan setakat sample noodle cake, seasoning pon kena buat test dan take pictures of the seasoning's condition sama ada masih elok atau tidak. Lepas submit, ada jugak yang kita kena retest semula certain samples. 

Then alhamdulillah settle, walau actually aku malas betul kalau buat keje ngan zhi zhao because he is nerd. kahkah. Bosanlah. Kadang2 benda tu simple tapi dia nak jugak complicated kan. But he is a nice person, kalau dia buat apa2 dia akan share dengan aku, dia tak kedekut ilmu cuma im quite bored with his nerdy hahaha.

Next, checkweigher checking. Lagi sekali aku dengan Zhi Zhao =,= 

Dah memang tak boleh lah cari partner lain. Hanya kitorang berdua je interns bahagian online. haha. Checkweigher line B ada problem, so we both need to compare the weight when the products were weighed using that line's checkweigher and normal static checkweigher. Aku pon taktahu cemana nak explain kan apa yang kitorang buat, tapi memang complicated gila sebab product tu melalui checkweigher very fast, so ktorang kena took video of the reading and compare the reading using another weighing balance.

OK DAH AKU TAKTAHU NAK EXPLAIN CEMANO.

I know what im doing but i cannot explain it in the way that other peoples yang tak familiar with that machine to understand.

Yang penting penat gilo sebab kena amik 10 kali reading untuk 3 samples, pastu took video untuk 15 reading.

Bonus story :

 i need to calculate and record the empty wrapper of the BHT used everyday and compare it with the daily record whether tally or not. BHT adalah salah satu jenis antioxidant yer. Lepas diorang guna BHT, dia akan simpan BHT wrapper tu. So setiap hari QI akan hantar satu plastik yang berisi empty wrapper. But I found this,

IMPITI REPER = EMPTY WRAPPER . 

I found it funny and cute though. haha

Patutlah selama ni aku punya lahh fikir ape benda impiti impiti, and lastly today i figure it out myself yeay ! Setiap kali aku nak kira used BHT, aku mesti fikir WHAT THE HECK IS THIS IMPITI REPER ?! Nampak sangat nepal tu taram tulis je apa orang sebut. Serabut jugak kepala aku, aku punya tenung plastik tu setengah jam setiap hari untuk fikir apa maksud yg dia tulis ni.

sv : you keep the empty wrapper and send it to office ya.

Nepalist : Wut ?

sv : empty wrapper !

Nepalist : oright           *and write IMPITI REPER*
